Monday I walk/jog 4 miles and yesterday I did 3 miles. What a beautiful day took my two dogs Tuffy and Ralph. My daughter followed allong with her horse Sage.

...went for a jog. Injured my knee last December and finally could run 1 1/2 mile. I started slow with little distance but hope i can increase both distance and time. emoticon

Took a day off from work for myself to go with a couple friends to the Frost Fever Fun Run in Missoula, meet some Spark Friends, participate in the event and then lunch and shopping! I never do anything like this!!!! EEEKS!!!

Today we (my dh and I) went to CPRD and did 55 min. cardio treadmill/elliptical/stationary bike, then home for taco salad for dinner.
This makes every day since Jan 4 that we have met our work out goals:)

Am proud of me for making it half way to adding another everyday healthy habit to my life by not breaking the last of my New Year's resolutions and doing yoga, breathing and meditation/prayer every morning when I get up, took my Wooffitt for a walk, went to yoga, got my hair cut and am relaxing before getting ready for work. I've been busy and nearly rushed a few times when I feared I'd be late but I'm happy with the productivity of my day. Now just to gather momentum and ambition to collect myself, get fixed up and go throw a party for 8 hours, clean it all up and come home to relax!!! Have a happy day everyone!!!

Did the Aerobics/Strength training 30 min DVD I'm planning on adding to my routine starting Oct 1st just to see how well I could do it now. We used to do it last winter when I started exercising. LOL I remember laying flat on my back throughout probably 12 mins of it laughing with my friends as we watched the people in the DVD doing the exercises we couldn't! Today there were only two exercises I didn't finish and I did a quarter of what the DVD shows anyhow!

Way to go Beth! I had the same sort of accomplishment when we went to Hamilton yesterday. I used to look forward to getting the junk there that wasn't available at home, but I wasn't even tempted yesterday!

turned down fast food because I really wasn't hungry and didn't want it "just because" we were at Mc Donald's and don't have access to it at home. WOO HOO! That means it'll be another two weeks before we go anywhere with fast food again maybe even a month! That sounds like such an accomplishment if I make it a month without fast food! LOL at this rate I should try to just eat at home and what I bring from home for that same time! maybe. :)

...worked out and did yoga after work and followed my nutrition plan ALL DAY! O.K. So I've yet to make it to the drinking and dancing part of the night but it's time to get ready for that too. Oh, and I did change my plan one tiny bit, I swapped a shot of whiskey for three bites of cake. Three bites! I actually ate three bites of cake and was done with it!! YAY!!

Worked the legs and obliques at Gold's Gym. Going to go for some Zumba this evening. I am taking a 2 tier approach. Weights in the AM, cardio in the PM. Keeps the calories burning and me from getting lazy and tempted to munch at night. Down a couple of ponds, passing up all the excessive treats over holidays and pot lucks at work..... Absolutely MUST be slim for summer.

Definitely spring-ish here today, for the second day in a row! woohoo! I guess all my whining has paid off! The nice weather has at least motivated me to get a few things done around here that I've been avoiding and I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill (too muddy to go outside yet) and 20 min of strength training.
I just got the Beck Diet Solution in the mail today (amazon.com loves me) but haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Let me know how you like it!

Yesterday i...
Did my physical therapy exercises, did free weights at home, and did wall pushups every time I went to the restroom at work. (A good idea I got on another spark message board.) And, did squats for 2 minutes while brushing my teeth, a.m. and p.m. Picked up "The Beck Diet Solution" on the clearance stacks at Barnes and Noble...interesting reading.

It's spring today in Missoula. Who knows what season it will be tomorrow?!

spring? that's just plain mean teasing me like that Sunflowergrrl! I think it got all the way up to 28 today here in Siberia! However...I did do 45 min on my treadmill, and danced for 15...and ate super healthy all day! Although I've only been on sparkpeople a short time, I've been doing WW online since the beginning of the year. Today was my weigh in day and as of today I'm officially down 40 pounds from my start weight. Thinking about that was enough to really motivate me today!

today I made a really yummy chicken lasagna for dinner! It turned out really good, and is only 225 calories per serving, which is great for me! I just sort of made it up as I went along, putting in things we had in the pantry/fridge. =D Here's the recipe if anyone is interested!

Got up early (5 am!) to get some stuff done. I did some yoga with my daughter and then we sat in the hot tub for a bit. Great start to my morning! I also weighed myself (oof! I'm up, not down!) and ate a small breakfast, drank water, and recorded what I had.

Yesterday I kept up with my goal of drinking 8 glasses of water! I was not feeling well last night. Bad stomach from my meds is what I think it is. I weighed myself this morning and have lost another pound. Making my total 24 pounds. It may not seem like a lot but I am 4'9" tall and I started here weighing 145 lbls, so this is a wonderful weight loss for me! emoticon

had a wonderful day...not! Whew...got stressed out and didn't eat/drink well, so today is screwed. Tomorrow, will be better...

Today I got up at the first alarm rather than hitting the snooze buttton 4 times over. I then did yoga and am going to get my swimsuit on and go swim at the Carroll pool. Yay for not wasting time by rolling over and going back to sleep!!!

Got to work at 8 done by 12:45. Went over to the gym and did 35 min of strength training came home and did 45 min of WATP. Cleaned the house a little bit ate chicken and spinach leaves for supper and went to a SU meeting.

everyone is doing so great! Congratulations...
I split my time at the gym between the tread mill, eliptical, and bike. 20 minutes each. then I got my strenght training workout. sore for sure tomorrow, but such a good sore!

I tracked my nutrition for the morning while drinking coffee, made lunch for my kiddos, and almost died working out. Really sad! I must be extra tired today because it's the same walking video I always do. It kicked my butt today! Whoowee.

Did my last cardio for the week. I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill and listened to my mp3 player. It was nice.
