That is what I had the first 20 years of my marriage. We had a family doctor that delivered all 3 children and took care of 99% of our ailments. We loved him until he retired. Then I changed to the doctor that took care of our family docís patients when he was out of town. Stayed with him until he retired but still used the group that bought the practice because I liked the personnel as they stayed. Now the old ones have retired, moved away, or just changed to other offices. The one I changed to has super nice folks and when I had a bladder infection, they got me in that morningónot the next week.

My primary doctor is not only my doctor but also my sonís doctor. Before my brother-in-law passed away our doctor was also my brother-in-lawís doctor. So you might say, he is our family doctor.

I think it is important to have a primary doctor. With that comes his nurses, lab technicians and office personal. We feel more relaxed.

I have been with mine since April. Before I used a group and doctors kept changing until now I donít know doctors, nurses or anyone in the local office. Go to tired of not being seen when I needed to and having to use local Walk-in Clinic.

I have CKD and losing weight is really hard. My weight fluctuates from day to day. I have to watch my fluids or I will blow up and gain 3 to 5 pounds in a couple of days.

Doing push-ups on the floor because I broke my right wrist 11 years ago and canít put my palm flat on the floor. Bench or wall pushups are fine.
Donít like burpees, jogging or running.

I eat a balanced diet most of the time. I walk as much as I can. I rest when I feel tired. I take a power nap once a day.

I do not have a vegetable garden. The Home Association doesnít allow vegetable gardens. Shrubs and flowers are alright, we have plenty of those.

When I make omelette it is from scratch but in hot weather I eat a lot of fiber one cereal with some sort of fruit so it is pre-made
