Some days our bodies just need to rest. If it becomes a habit, than it's time to change. It's your mind that you have to convince your body that it is your time to shine and get up a move it.

If God gives us what he thinks we can handle, He must think I'm a BadAss.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being excited about what could go right.

Your body can stand almost anything. It's your mind that you have to convince.

I have been there, before and it is so difficult. Your mind knows you should get up and do things, but for whatever reason, depression, or other, some days a person just can't seem to move.

I have found prayer to help, but also, if I can do a few stretches or even exercises, when I am lying in bed, it can help enough to get me up and out of it.

What do you do when you want to stay in bed all day like I did today? Anyone have any suggestions?
