Reminder: Your morning routine will change your life!
We are going to build a Morning Routine for your Control Journal or to just post on the refrigerator.

1.Get up and weigh
2.Shower and get dressed to lace up shoes, fix your hair and face
3.While you are in the bathroom Swish and Swipe
4.Grab a load of laundry and start the washer
5.Check your calendar for today’s activities
6.Empty dishwasher to start your day
7.Eat something good for you and take your medicine and vitamins
8Drink your water.

Have some fun today running your errands!

Do your before-bed routine so you can have some fun tomorrow!
This is the most important routine of your whole day. It helps your morning start off on a less-stressed foot.

1.Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
2.Take a few minutes for yourself
3.Check your Calendar for Tomorrow’s Events
4.Spend 2 minutes clearing off your Hot Spots
5.Shine your sink
6.Wash your face, moisturize, brush your teeth and floss
7.Go to bed at a decent hour
