I would continue swimming and walking, but the exercise videos and other exercises I do I would not do anymore.

Exercise is to keep our bodies strong and younger. It is "necessary" to keep our health. I have enjoyed walking and that is the only exercise that I truly enjoy and even that can be boring.

I'm one of those slugs who would never move unless I had to.
