I think any advice that promotes an unbalanced diet is bad advice, like cutting out one main nutrient like carbs or fat, or just eating potatoes, cabbage soup or pineapple for a week or more in a row that's just plain nonsense.

Don't eat Carbs,I don't think that is good.

Living a Healthy and Active Life style, Reach my Goal and very Happy with my Body,my eating habits,Fresh Fruits, Lot's of Green vegetables,drink 8 To 10 glasses of water daily.

Oops, it seems I missed a question last week?! Oh well.

How do I control my cravings? Almost all the answers apply to me.
I eat a healthy breakfast to keep my blood sugar level. I keep healthy snacks handy to fend off a craving. I avoid buying my trigger foods so I am not tempted in my home. I try to walk away when I get a craving outside my home. When nothing else helps I give in, but in moderation.

I don't give in right away. I will try to fight off a craving for a couple of days. If I'm still craving something then I eat it. Usually I can fight it off if I just wait long enough.

I track my actions online (my food on SP, my steps on Fitbit, and I have a spreadsheet for my monthly steps goal) but I also make a mental tally of my progress, like my overall lost weight so far.
