I used to skip breakfast most days....but since having my daughter in 2007...it's become a daily event for our family. I'm a lucky lady because my Hubby loves to cook and he usually does our breakfast. :)

The total grams of sugar listed on a nutrition facts label includes added sugars, as well as sugars naturally present in foods. Many foods, from fruit to milk products, contain naturally occurring sugars. This is why you'll see grams of sugar present in some foods, even if the ingredients list doesn't indicate added sugar is present. Words in the ingredients list indicating a product contains added sweeteners include: sugar, evaporated cane juice, crystalline fructose, brown rice syrup, honey, fructose, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, high maltose corn syrup, raw sugar, sucrose, dextrose, dextrin, molasses, fruit juice, fruit juice concentrate and sorghum.

I've just started the 5:2 fast diet, so count my calories two days a week when I stick to 500 calories. The other days I am trying to eat sensibly. I think I can tell when i'm overeating without having to count every calorie.

I use the SP nutrition tracker, as well as the WW tracker to track my meals. I'm not perfect, especially after dinner! I tend to log everything planned for the day in the morning, and then update it if needed emoticon

I use the nutrition tracker everyday - since I'm at work usually I have to write everything down and record it at night - having dificulty getting folic acid intake in, but taking amulti vitamin which covers RDA needs. Getting 8 glsses of water in emoticon

Nothing tastes as good as thin looks!!!!

I used the nutrition tracker every day, so I guess I count them every day!
