I had yet another bad month when it comes to step totals...so I am lowering my goal just a bit from February's goal of 280121 to 250000. (let's see if my pedometer doesn't reset this month, I don't understand why I have such an issue with that)

My May goal is to walk more steps than I did in April which was 294,060 total which divided by 30 days = 9802. So I want to actually hit 10K each and every day, exceed 310,000 in total and add more jogging to my walk.

I'm thrilled that you've decided to join us! This challenge is for anyone and everyone. You are not required 10,000 steps everyday to participate, you just have to set a goal and come back frequently to track it.

Just a few things to remember about this thread/challenge...

One of the most important things is to ONLY MAKE 1 POST! After you make your first post, you'll notice a small "edit" button at the bottom. You can go back each day and UPDATE your post with your daily totals and your own personal comments. HOWEVER, if you want to offer encouragement to other members please visit their personal pages and support them there.

Be sure to make your personal goal known, so you can be placed in the correct category at the end of the month.
