No. Actually, I have gained a couple of pounds, although my clothes fit looser than before. I have never found that exercise has done much to help me lose weight initially, until I start spending at least 45 minutes to an hour a day exercising consistently for a few months; but then, I have a really hard time losing weight.

If only I may grow firmer, simpler, quieter, stronger.
