I think it's just the best weight for me - it's above "ideal" weight (by BMI), but in the upper healthy range and I happen to feel comfortable with it.

I think it is the best weight for me. I chose my weight goal as a combination of BMI recommendations and something that I can live with. This is where I'll be most likely to maintain and keep the weight.

I walk 4 miles home from work each day. I also walk on a mini tramp in my basement while watching old movies. I've been lifting weights too but after hitting myself in the head with a handweight a week ago I've been slacking on that again. I need to get back to it. But walking a lot because it is easy and fun and it just makes me feel good.

This year is all about me and my quest to unload this extra person I have been hauling around.

Walking outside when the weather is nice with NO pollen, and

Workout at home with videos when the weather is rainy, hot or heavy pollen.

I have a strong aversion to gyms. I walk every day, preferably outside, and I work out to videos (mostly SP) at home once or twice a week.

try to follow my meal plan by substituting often - doing fair but I know I can do better if I really put my mind to it instead of putting so many other things ahead of me!

I do have a meal plan. Sometimes it's planned out for the whole day, other times, it's just one meal at a time. It just depends on where I am and what I'm doing, as to whether it's for the day or just one meal.
