February final total = 509,167 steps
was a bad month in Toronto as well, my steps went down by 100k
hoping for a more seasonable March

I am new to this so I will start at 5,000 steps per day and work my way up to 10,000 steps. The last few days I have been averaging around 4,000. I have to find a way to get in more steps at work. I do manufacturing and I am in a stationary standing position for 10 to 12 hours a day. If anyone can offer and ways I can get my steps in based upon my job, PLEASE let me know. I really want to hit 10k daily.

Because of some issues with my hip and knee my goal for February is to post everyday regardless of the total.

2/1 = 1248
2/2 = 1096
2/3 = 1055
2/4 = 1830
2/5 = 1425
2/6 = 1270
2/7 = 204
First 7 day's total =

2/8 = 977
2/9 = 1116
2/10= 888
2/11= 527
2/12= 462
2/13= 351

2/16= 0 - really bad day!
2/17= didn't even put the pedometer on.
2/18= 382 - using walker
2/19= 293

Will not recording steps for the time being until after the back injection and hopefully that we solve my problem and I can get back into the game.

Not very good in January (only 156,098) even though I met goal in December of breaking June 2012 total of 221,705 so goals are -
1.Improve on January step total
2.Break Dec. 2013 (closest high to now) total of 245,062 and closest highest total before that, June 2011 of 304,354
3.At least 10,000 steps EVERY DAY
4.310,000 or more for month total
5.10,100 or more for daily average
6.Break highs- 21,282/day -107,072/week -393,220/month(all set in August, 2009)

I'm thrilled that you've decided to join us! This challenge is for anyone and everyone. You are not required 10,000 steps everyday to participate, you just have to set a goal and come back frequently to track it.

Just a few things to remember about this thread/challenge...
