New to the group and my first time doing this challenge. My goal is to get a minimum of 10K steps a day... something I've been struggling with. My goal in terms of a month is 350,000 steps.

I am very pleased with my October step count. I was shooting for 12,000 each day and I usually surpassed it. There were a few days that I didn't meet my goal but I figure I needed some rest those days. I'm going to keep my goal to 12,000 for next month too and try to get in more higher step days.

I'm thrilled that you've decided to join our challenge! This challenge is for anyone and everyone. You are not required 10,000 steps everyday to participate, you just have to set a goal and come back frequently to track it.

Just a few things to remember about this thread/challenge...

emoticon One of the most important things is to ONLY MAKE 1 POST! Why am I adamant about that? If you post multiple times it makes it harder for people to find their own posts to update their daily step totals. After you make your first post, you'll notice a small "edit" button at the bottom. You can go back each day and update your post with your daily totals and anything else you want to put, like "yay me" or "gotta do better tomorrow". If you want to offer encouragement to other members please visit their personal pages and support them there.

emoticon Be sure to make your personal goal known, so I know what category to place you in at the end of the month.
