Not very active over the weekend. Total steps only - 2,890 for Sunday, September 22, 2013. this is truly my day of rest.

Hi I am new to this team as of today. I have a pedometer but unfortunately pedometers do not count ALL steps taken. That's ok, I'll still track what my pedometer states and know I have done at least what is registered.

September goal is to walk every morning at my local mall. I am starting with one lap this coming week.

9/22/13 3535 total steps/1767 moderate /14 minutes /1.8 miles / 1 lap of mall
9/23/13 5422 total steps/2344 moderate/19 minutes/2.8 miles/ 1 lap of mall

I'm delighted that you've decided to join our challenge! This challenge is for anyone and everyone. You don't "have" to get 10,000 steps everyday to participate, you just have to set a goal and come back here frequently to track it.

I've got just a couple things to keep in mind about this Thread/Challenge. Please take a minute to read through the list.

One of the most important things is to ONLY MAKE 1 POST! Why am I adamant about that? If you post multiple times it makes it harder for people to find their posts to update their daily step totals. After you make your first post, you'll notice a small "edit" button at the bottom. You can go back each day and update your post with your daily step totals and anything else you want to put, like "yay me" or "gotta do better tomorrow". If you want to offer encouragement to other members please visit their personal pages and support them there.

Be sure to make your personal goal known, so I know what category to place you in at the end of the month.

I hope everyone has a great month! Please email me if you have any questions about how this challenge works!
