I did a brisk walk for 15 minutes this morning and made sure I kept active all day and got my 10,000 steps in.

If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.

30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength training. staying within the calorie range.
