Hello,it is a little harder but not impossible when funds are limited.Just try to count the calories in say beans that are healthy for you and still cheap.If you don't go over the calorie count that spark people tells you that you need and walk at least 30 min.a day and do other exercises as you're able.(When you lose weight you can do more)you will lose weight.I think one team here discusses economical bargains etc.Watch sales buy in bulk when able.Raise a garden if you have room.Lots of ways to do it. emoticon

I'm reaaaaaally bad at feeling sorry for myself. It's time I just got my butt into gear, exercised and stopped eating so much. Stop eating so much junkfood and stop eating so much PERIOD.

Your life will get better when you lose weight, if only because you feel better about yourself. I know this is true for me. It will feel better to be in charge of my life, to not be self-concious about my weight, etc.

Seriously, wallowing in self-pity is such a waste of time and in my case it leads to overindulging in things that are bad for me.

Sorry; this has turned out to be more about me than you!

The bottom line is DON'T BE LIKE ME! BE BETTER!!!

Best of luck on SP. Keep posting and keep reading. That works for me, but I have slacked off and not even logged in for a few weeks (result? I've lost absolutely nothing - well, half a pound.

I took the girls for a checkup at healthy start yesterday Dr. Whitby is alway so nice to talk to. I asked if they could let me weigh on their scale and I weighed 228.4lbs I have not lost much but I have been off my diet and excerise for a few days now I just don't have the energy or the will to continue.

I know I need to do this though for the good of my health and for me to even look half way decent in my clothes.

I can hardly afford the food I need I am just alway so broke. food is there but I guess that whatever I have I just need to not fry but bake or boil. I want to go back to check my weight in 2weeks at healthy start so I need to figure out what I am going to do. I need to stop feeling sorry for myself for one thing and just do what needs to be done for me to lose the weigh.

I have a feeling that if I lose the weight my life will change even a little towards the positive.

Our dreams can be our reality
