Forgot to check in, but lost 1 lb. so far. Was hoping for more, but glad the scale did not go up.

I have been on track and thought I was doing well, tomorrow is my weigh in, WILL SEE!
I will not give up, no matter what, This time, I am determined to stick with this diet and changing bad food habits. emoticon myself to do better.

Hi, I only started a few days ago, and I am staying on track so far, I am enjoying all the information that is available in accomplishing my goals. I have been keeping track of my calories and food intake and making better choices already.

Awesome! Go you. I have found that paying attention to the emotional stuff has been key for me. There's a Challenge group about keeping resolutions that you might find helpful. Keep up the good work (for you!)!
