My one pound is the 1 I pledged to lose by Thanksgiving. I keep fluctuating between 3 & 1 #s - for the past week. Everytime I get down to 176 I either stay there several days, or jump up to 178 or 7. Man is that a significant pound!

You look at a pound of butter or a lb of fat. A pound sure looks like a lot then. My lb weights are also a good comparison.
