I'll be eating my own cooking, watching out that I don't eat too big of portions.

It will be what I cook so I will only have a little. I often do not get much taste from food that I have just made. Sometimes a very good thing.

On my way to my new normal.

I always take a small amount of everything I like. I do not feel wanting that way. I do not do alcohol, so I drink a lot of water.

I skipped the pie or cheese cake for Christmas dinner and had melon. It was nice no one questioned it. Now to move on and make this weight move.

If you only increased your program by 96 pts. then you did Great!

Try and focus on the fact that you had a great time with your family and that you are where you are in your journey because you are the best you can be at this time. Everyone else is not your focus. Just be content with YOU.

It was the holiday, surrounded by family, I did what I don't usually do. I ate
the served dessert: Costco apple pie with scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not once did
I consider my calories going up 96 out of daily range. It was the holiday and
everyone else was slim and trim.

So, how did we all do yesterday?

Today is a new day and it is all over. We now move on with no regrets.

Also, I firmly believe in "Everything in moderation."

Good Luck in the year 2017, may it be your best year ever.

Everything in moderation. Some of the things we have on Christmas Day are reserved for this one day only. So I eat guilt free knowing it will be another 364 days until I eat it again. Tomorrow, right back at it!

What to eat on Christmas? A little bit of everything then deal with the situation the next day. That's my advise.

All you people dealing with the harsh elements, stay indoors and let it pass.

Meanwhile, you all have a Wonderful, Happy and Safe Christmas! emoticon
