Long walks on the beach are really good for your legs! Of course swimming in the pool is a plus for the upper body! maybe where you are staying has a gym??

maybe plan a walk before breakfast-- something else before lunch~~then a nice wind down before dinner? getting all together and making plans for everyone may not always work so the best you can do is talk to family and find what they are interested in too! oh and maybe bikes.trikes can be rented at your location? the hotel will be a good resource too as they know what is in the area to do! Must have some fun along with your healthy plan!

My family's holiday vacation this year will focus on exercise and eating good food. We will be going away for a week and would like to have a plan for lots of physical activities. Does anyone have suggestions for 're-boot' week?

There will be a beach with lots of sun, a pool, but no bike or walking trails. Any ideas of how to plan for such a week would be greatly appreciated. For example, should we each make goals for the week? We are 4 adults, 2 in great shape, 2 not so much.
