I understand the feeling! YOGINILISA--would you share some of your "what works" list with us? I actually know in my bones that I'll reach that goal this time, it's a matter of patience and remaining focused. But living at goal--forever, I hope--will my body accept it? What will it take to stay there? I am curious and excited and nervous and determined to find out. Thanks for being honest and bringing this up!

Alignment of behavior & intention = peace of mind.

I too have experienced this feeling. I have reached my target weight at least twice and found myself feeling nervous. I have spent a LOT of time reflecting on this. I think the obstacle for me is BELIEVING that I can stay put. I came across this quote on SP: " The body achieves what the mind believes". I continue to think hard about how I'm going to maintain and working on my belief system and not becoming complacent. I have made a list called "Strategies that work for me---a.k.a. Things to keep doing". Hope this helps you!😘

I'm (finally) approaching my target weight. A number that I haven't seen since my twenties.
The thing is, I feel a little uncomfortable about it. A little nervous.
Maybe I'm worried about slipping up and gaining again. Maybe I'm worried that I won't actually get there. Has anyone else felt this way?
Weight loss, maintenance and fitness is so dependant on mind set and I feel like I don't know how to "be" at my target weight.
Possibly because, back in the day, I felt heavy even at a healthy weight???
Hmm. Food for thought.
