Margaret- not to many people lived in Englewood back in the 70's-it used to be a quiet little coastal village. We moved here in the late 70's and loved it. It was nice. You wouldn't even recognize it anymore today. emoticon
Thanks for the compliment.

Boy, seems like I've missed so much everyone is so busy.
Marte and Maxine- so sorry about your losing someone dear to you. It's hard and takes a while to heal.

Steve- what can I say You're amazing! your goal is so near emoticon

RW- like your new picture! Did I mention to you that my grandmother used to live in Englewood back in the 1970's. That lady was always on the move at 80something she would still go out and clean all her own windows and do all her own cleaning etc. Hope I inherited that "every-ready" gene.

Feeling better today , yesterday just had no energy and slept a lot. I'm not sick with anything - just have a lot of stress right now I think and need to chill-out! Tonight is a movie and relax on the couch.

Take care of you-- everyone! Spark-on!

Maxine, I'll join you in being sad today. Early this morning I found out that a dear friend of mine passed away. She was an educator for 40 years and had been retired only 8 years. She really didn't get to enjoy her retirement because of so many health issues. She was a great support and mentor to me when I started as a principal. It is very hard when one of the friends in your "circle" dies. It hits too close to home. I am glad she can finally be pain-free and at peace, but my heart is heavy today. Tomorrow will be better.

Went for a walk after school and that helped my spirit. It is very warm and very windy which meant we had to push twice as hard especially to make it up the hills. Good resistance training! Hope you all have a nice evening. Go hug a friend and tell him/her how much you love them.

Good evening y'all!
I was thinking of BBQ'ing but notice a Robin's nest about one foot away from the top of the grill. There were a few eggs inside too. I do not want to disturb that mother bird and her young'n. That's southern, hahaha. I thought of setting up a camera. Hmmmm. How cool. I think I'm going to pull the BBQ away. I have a long gas line and I think I have the room on my deck to do that. Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you. Have a good night. Stevegolfdog emoticon

It's unseasonably warm but WINDY here near Chciago. My husband plans to dust off the grill--will have to see if he can manage to light it in the wind. Hope that all of you dealing with rain and snow get more Springtime soon. It sure makes it easier for me to get myself going.

I'm struck by how many teammembers are helping family through tough times or illness. My heart goes out to all of you.

hello from not so sunny Alberta. It is very cold and has rained since Tues in the night. There was over an inch of rain when I left this morning for work and has rained steady since. I hear on the radio many places around are having snow, schools are even closed due to poor road conditions.

Last nite was my grandsons 7th birthday. His sister had ball practice (in the school) last nite so they came to our house for supper. I really miss seeing them everyday.

My sister in law is in the hospital now as her cancer worsens and the end seems to be near. 7 years ago on the 27th her husband passed away from a heart attack at 45 years. The very sad part is that she still has a girl in grade 11. Another daughter is enrolled to go to college in the fall and a son has a family, but non have jobs!! Another of my husbands brothers passed away also 7 years ago on the 22nd (auto accident), he was 38. His sister passed 22 years ago May 2 from asthma. My sister passed from cancer 4 year May 31 at age 59. I really hate this time of year. It was her husbands wedding we went to last weekend. It was good and sad for me at the same time. Thanks for letting me vent.

Anyway tomorrow is inventory day at work so I have been counting & counting for the last 2 days getting ready. Luckily it keeps me busy. And my only sister is coming tomorrow for the weekend. Hopefully the weather will be a little nicer, but I'm not complaining about the rain. I am getting anxious to get walking outside again.

Better get back to work. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good Morning!

The weather is strange this morning. I woke up to sunshine then the clouds rolled in and it rained. Now the sun is out again so maybe that was our rain for today.

I found my jug of aloe vera this morning right where I put it on the shelf in the bathroom. When I move something I have a very hard time remembering where. I'm still going to buy the plant.

Congrats to all of you losing weight. Mine stays the same so maybe I should work harder. I am seriously thinking of trying the treadmill here but I need someone to show me how it works. Our exercise room consists of the treadmill, eliptical, exercise bike, a mat, exercise balls and rails in front of floor to ceiling mirrors. I can't ride the bike because the seat is forward as far as it goes and my legs are too short.

I'm on my way downstairs to catch up on the 'news' to see how they distorted what happened yesterday when the cop came. I know the real story from the woman who got assaulted by a resident's caregiver.
The caregiver got fired and will no longer work in our building. Maybe nowhere else, either, in that field. Never a dull moment around here!! LOL.....

I'll check back in later.

HI, team. I was running late this morning and didn't make breakfast at home. I had a few sweaty-palmed minutes at a fast food place before finding a scrambled egg-white sandwich to get me through my morning at work. The last time I remember having a fast food breakfast was when we moved my daughter into her dorm 9 years ago. Now I'm more resolved to get up earlier. I can cook healthier, tastier, and cheaper at home--not to mention the view of my yard sure beats looking at asphalt.

I just joined recently and have found this site to be a wealth of info. and fun too.

We all have goals and of course there are challenges meeting those goals. It's nice to know we're all in the same boat and it's nice to be surrounded by lots of encouragement.

Holy Cow!!!! I weighed in today and my scale showed that I lost another 2 pounds. It's funny how that works. It shows a little lose and then nothing and then maybe and nothing and all of a sudden, all things come together and boom, it shows up. I had this feeling that would happen because of what I did during my trip to Hilton Head. Inch by inch, pound by pound, slowly the fat comes off. My sister says soon I'll be invisible, hahaha. She's funny! Have fun whatever y'all are up to and stay the course and keep up the good spark'n. Stevegolfdog emoticon emoticon

Kind of quiet today. I am at Angie's with Brielle this morning after getting Max ready and off to school. Kind of quiet as she is watching "Super Why", her favorite program.

It is a beautiful day here in Toledo. We are going to have temps in the 70's today. Max and Ellee are going to a friend's house right off the bus after school, so I won't see them until Ang comes home from teaching her aerobics class about 5:30pm. Boy they are growing so fast, play dates!

It will be just me and Brielle this morning and after we pick up Gracee at preschool, just the 3 of us. Probably will go to the park after nap!

Looking forward to a good day.

Wishing you all the same.

Good Morning Team!!
All's well in Englewood this morning. emoticon
I went to the salon for a haircut yesterday and I weigh 1 oz less now....lol... At least now I can run a comb through it.
Today I'm going to the Y and workout a little bit. Yesterday I spent all day in our back yard trimming trees and vines....still haven't finished the job but it's progressing nicely. The weather has been beautiful and I love the outdoors.

Keep up the great work team, we're the best team on Spark!!

Good morning everyone and all those newbies losing weight again, yippeee!!! emoticon

Jo- I love cheesecake too. May I suggest trying to make the cheesecake recipe you find on the back of those big bags of splenda. It is lower in calories and is very good. I put frozen bing cherries on the top. Bing cherries are very good for you and have lots of antioxidants. I make it for our family gatherings. It's all about choices y'all.
Have a great spark'n day. Stevegolfdog

JO,

Yes, I know about Aloe but I don't have a plant. I do have some in a bottle but off-hand I don't kknow where it is. The ice worked fine and I don't even have a mark on my fingers. I will pick up an aloe plant next time I go to Wahlmart.

It's been a long day so I'll say good night.

Made a post a minute ago, and then lost it, will have to check back in tomorrow, too tired to redo it tonight.

Have a great tomorrow, all of my friends, new, old and returning.

One thing I did want to say to those returning, the best thing about Spark People, besides the wonderful friends for support, is that it has taught me to NEVER give up! I wish you all the same.

Limastar, I cannot believe how much you are accomplishing! You have so much energy...did you have this much energy when you were at your higher weight?

My DH and I have often talked about selling our home of 20 years and moving to a smaller place...but so far its all been talk. However, yesterday we decided to put it on the market...to make it available while the incentives are still being offered.

There is SO MUCH work to be done around here to make it more appealing (staging) - we have accumulated so much STUFF over the years. We've tried to keep up with editing what we have, but there's still way too much. Time to really-really-really clean out and clean up.

The realtor is coming over on Saturday - so our work is cut out for us. Tonight I focused on picking up clutter, sorting & tossing...and before I knew it its 9:30 and too late to work out. Not good planning.

This is my problem - how can I focus on cleaning every spare moment before Saturday (it does need it) and yet get a pulse-raising workout in without feeling guilty about it?

The end is finally in sight. Will be finishing painting the closets tonight. Sanding will start tomorrow. After that we will be sealing the floors. Then I will start sorting things downstairs before anything goes back up.

I'm really excited to see how things will look once we get what goes back upstairs in place. Still have to order the bed set when I get some time.

thought i would check in. happy to see everyone concerned about food and weight. i always believed in slow losing, decide on foods you can live with and small portions. i also don't believe in depriving yourself of something you love. example, i love cheesecake so whenever i get the urge, i buy a small one, cut a very small piece, enjoy it and put the rest in freezer. works for me.

I also had a very strenuous fitness/weight class. she did to much leg movements - lucky i was able to drive home. i prefer more weights.

Brenda - re your burn - have you ever used ALOE for burns. if you put it on immediately, you won't blister. some people keep an Aloe plant but i buy it in a tube - 100% aloe and always on hand.

good luck everybody - JO

Welcome back old newbies and I don't mean old. LOL.
AUNTIEDARLING- Your story brought tears. She needs to get on sparkpeople. This sight is so good for ones mental state once they get the hang of it. I find that so many people are afraid to try it out. I think that there are a lot of people in our age category that haven't gotten into the computer too much. Anyway, I made stuffed cabbage with brown rice and turkey tonight. It was a recipe from SP and it worked out nicely. I'll will add stuff to the recipe next time though. Turkey is usually very bland and it was even with my modifications. It was fun to make and low in calories. I now have to look for food to eat later on. Hahaha. Well, happy spark'n y'all. Welcome back friends!

I too have an ill GD and am taking care of 2 little DGD's while their dad and mom sort out the divorce. I am one tired GMa. Somehow God gives us the strength to be the strength of the family when need be. Isn't HE/SHE Great!!!

And somehow, no matter how sick or troubled these dear one's are, they can always put a smile on your face.

Off to the Y again tonight for some water aerobics. My calves are still hurtin, but I am not going to stop. The more I do the better shape I will be in. May not work as hard as I did, but I will do it!!!!!
The power of positive thinking. emoticon

Glad it is humpday though. Friday headed to Sharon Pa, to find a dress for son's wedding in July with my SIS-in-laws and a nice lunch. Then Friday night is a surprise 40th for our DIL. So a day of watching what goes in the mouth. I'll make sure that piece of cake is small. LOL!

Everyone, take it one day at a time. The hurdles will always be there, some days will be easier than others.

Have a good evening!!! emoticon emoticon

Hi all

Welcome emoticon to all that are returning to SP.

I read all the post we are a busy bunch.

I met a friend from High School on Monday for lunch. First time i've seen her since we graduated in 75 emoticon Time sure did fly by. It was great to see her. She told me alot of people want to friend her on facebook but she wouldn't do it. But was excited to see me on facebook. She was embarassed about her size as she used to be a twig and now wears a 26. I told her in my mind she is the same person she always was and with me size is something i really don't put stock in. She was sweet brought me flowers and of course i went with nothing. She told me she was going to call and cancel when she got to the restaurant and was going to just leave the flowers because she didn't want me to see how big she got. I told I would have been very hurt because I never would have done that to her. I told her I too was worried about meeting with her as I changed 5xs and was worried that I would look old and she wouldn't like me either. We just laughed and all went well after that. It was like we saw each other just last week and not 35 years ago. I told her I was so glad she didn't cancel because we were close in school but life just got in our way. We are going to keep meeting every week. I told her I wanted to meet her DH as she already knows my DH as he was my high school sweetheart.

Well have to go make dinner as DH just walked in and he seems to be hungry and Dgranddaughter is also hungry.

REENEY2 , I'm another returnee. I've regained about 10-12 lbs since my daughter's wedding 4 years ago. It doesn't sound like much, but at under 5 feet tall that's 1-2 clothing sizes. I'd say that my scale is stuck--except that my DH (who is trying to gain, or at least maintain weight) keeps losing!

REENEY2- Welcome back! I did the same thing but I lost 36 pounds before I stopped using sparkpeople. After about a year, I started to gain weight again and put back on 16 pounds and felt my pants getting tight and I did not want to start wearing the pants I put away so I got back onto sparkpeople and in 2.5 months, I lost around 25 pounds and now, I'm down 43 pounds and almost at a dream weight that I never even thought I could get to. I am a total believer in the sparkpeople method of tracking food calories and exercise now. The trick is to make life style changes that stick. I got rid of cream mate in my coffee. That alone was huge. I was using over 300 cal. per day with cream mate. Anyway, look for things that you can change easily. You will be amazed what you will come up with. Stay the course and you will get that step back into your life and that's a fact. Happy spark'n and have the perfect day of eating properly. Stevegolfdog emoticon

Man, I don't know why I got up so early. I got up a little before 5am. When my eyes and mind start to work, I get out of bed and that is that! haha! I'll be doing my aerobics today and stay the course. I want to add a trip to the golf driving range to work on what I was working on while on vacation in Hilton Head last week. This game is endless and you have to practice so you don't forget what you have learned. It's a funny game. The only problem is that the better I play, the less exercise I get on the course. But, to play better, one has to practice more so that evens things out, LOL Happy spark'n y'all. Stevegolfdog emoticon

Lynn,
I'm adding my prayers for you and your husband. It's tough when you don't know anyone where you live but we are all here for you.

We have been having wind and rain but it isn't very cold during the day. I'm hearing we are going to get some 70` temperatures shortly.

My apartment is all nice and clean and organized finally. Inside windows need to be washed next. I asked the assistant manager if we are ever going to get the outside windows washed. I'm on the third floor and have been here 15 months. We don't have a new manager yet. One is hired and I'm hearing she will be here next week as she is still going through the hiring process.

Well, I burned the top of two fingers on my left hand while putting a sheet of frozen french fries in the toaster oven. Was the Spark God telling me something? LOL I've been icing off and on the last couple hours with frozen lima beans and I don't think my fingers will blister.

It's been a long day and I've been up since 5--don't ask me why I got up so early but I couldn't go back to sleep.

I enjoy reading all the posts and all our trials and tribulations. It keeps us a close-knit group.

Have a good day.

Hi to all. Just came back from my 2 mile walk. Met up with a friend in only a few blocks so the rest was a piece of cake. I do love to walk. It is a little cold, had a shower earlier tonite. It is suppose to start raining tonite and snow again by Friday and not nice again til Mon. So I must take advantage of the weather while it lasts. Now I must run downstairs and get the sheets out of the dryer and make the bed so I can crawl in whenever the time hits me.

Good Nite

Lynn - I agree with ErieShores and will be praying for strength, peace and complete healing. Let us know how Thursday goes.

Marte - I am getting antsy for summer break, too. Our seniors only have 4 1/2 weeks left (and some definitely have "senioritis") and the rest have 5 1/2 weeks to go. They are all counting the days (but so are the teachers).

I feel back in the swing of things after a very "off" week, and I thank everyone for their encouragement. In the past one bad week would have led to two...and then to a month, etc.

But that was then and this is now, and I'm turning this into a new way of thinking...it really is about lifestyle. (Sorry, I have to keep saying it).

My, My, it is Tuesday.

Went to the Y last night for water aerobics. What a work out. I had a hard time getting comfortable last night to sleep. My calves are aching today. This instructor keeps you jogging in the water thru every change in exercise. It lasted for 50 minutes. We have water weights and did a lot of arm exercises too. I will go back tomorrow night for another session. Feel just doing somethng different my get me out of this plateau I am in.

Sun was out today emoticon but the wind is really blowing and they say a freeze tonight. UGH!!!!!

Have a pleasant evening all! emoticon

PS Lynn- You are on my prayer list for courage and strength as you go thru the coming weeks.

Wow - did not realize i missed so many days. everything came up and continue for the next 3 months. car, doctor tests, etc.

our weather here in SE FL , my area, terrible. rain, wind, humid you name it. only 2 good days in the last month or so.

still trying to practice with the Walking Poles and hope we will have some better weather.

you all seem to be doing great with your weight - good to hear about it.

have been able to get to our gym here for weights etc classes and also doing more at home. so that helps.

getting time for dinner. never know what to cook for myself - problem for one person especially since i am not a cook.

hope the good weather comes soon. i know my hips and tummy will love the walks with the Poles. makes it easier for balance which is a problem for me.

Keep it up JO emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Congrats to all that saw the scale move this week in a negative way. Lynn, I'll be thinking of you and your husband. Cancer is such a scary thing, but as Steve said, there are so many medical advancements now. I will pray for a positive outcome. Please keep us all posted and lean on us at anytime.

This is the week for our students to complete their state testing which means lots of sitting around. Hope to take a walk after school. It's an absolutely perfect day to be outside. Makes me antsy for summer vacation! Happy Sparkin' and take care y'all!

Thanks LIMASTAR- I've noticed that you too are only 2.5 pounds away from reaching your weight loss goal. emoticon We seem to be in the same boat and very close. I went to Walmart last night and I almost went to look at size 34 inch waist pants to buy just one pair but didn't yet. My size 36 inch is getting very lose now and I'm actually at my new belts last hole too. This belt is the one I bought after I lost my first 25 pounds and now that one is almost to big. You must be feeling good about your self too. Keep up the good spark'n work. Your almost there!!!! emoticon emoticon

Congrats on your weight loss Steve. Love Mexican food & Chips are a big problem when I eat Mexican. So it's been a while since I've eaten Mexican. Last time was in Feb, when we went out with friends for dinner because hubby was leaving on a trip. Over did the chips, but at least I ate them with avocado or the tomato salsa. Did try to eat reasonable, but everyone kept talking and asking for more chips. Had water while everyone else had a drink (or two).

Down a lb this week, so getting closer to my goal. Feeling better and getting back to my regular exercise routine, at least in the morning. After work is still taken up with the remodeling of the upstairs. If the weather isn't too humid, we may get to sanding and sealing the floors this week.

Have a great week everyone.

Hi Team,
I got the same messages and reported it to SP I don't like spammers. Zero tolerance. Anyway the SP people responded in about 10 minutes and said this person had their account canceled. It's great to know that SP is right on the ball making sure that all is well.

Maxine- SNOW ugh you poor lady. We have a nippy NE wind but no snow. Hope the sun comes out for you soon.

Bonnie - glad your counsel session went well sounds like she will be a big help. It's always nice to talk to someone who knows the ropes makes things go smoother.

Lynn- I'm so sorry to hear your DH is having that kind of medical problem. My wife had her bout with breast cancer, but they seemed to have caught it before it got into her lymph nodes. I'll pray that the operation and radiation treatment works for him. We have lots of hope now with our medical knowledge. May God bless you and your DH and family. Stay cool and calm, it is all in God's hands. Stevegolfdog

Just went back to those comments on my blog posts, they are all gone. You all were right, it has been taken care of.

I feel better. I really felt assaulted, maybe too strong of a word, but this site is too important to me, and many of the rest of us, for someone to misuse it. Good for Spark People.

LYNNE

God Bless you and your husband. Being in a new place has to be so difficult with your situation. We are all here, so come and talk anytime you need to.

This thread, others too, but this one especially has gotten me through a lot of emotional upheaval in my life.

Nothing so serious as what you are going through, so, I know everyone will be there for you too.

Need to get to bed in a bit, so guess I will stop.

Christy called me and I don't have to babysit until 2:00pm tomorrow, I think I will just bring Gracee home with me, because on Weds, I will meet Chris at the salon to get my hair cut and colored. Gracee would have been coming with her mom anyway, so this way, Gracee gets to spend the night, a big deal,(now I have three more to have their overnights), and Christy will have more time to get ready after Ellee goes to school.

Planning on going to the Y in the morning anyway, now I have more time. Yea.

Have a great Tuesday!

Bonnie

Hi All, 88 and sunny here today. I will need to start walking in the early morning or evening...too hot during the day.

DH is at a job interview in OK. He gets back tomorrow about midnight. About 8 months ago he had skin cancer and they removed part of his ear. A few weeks ago he had a lump in his neck. The cancer is now in his lymph nodes. They are going to operate Thur (7 hour operation) and he will need 6 weeks of radiation. Since we have only lived here for 5 months, and I don't know anyone, I may need to lean on my SP buddies. He insisted on doing the interview. I just ask God to show me the way. It will be a long week.

Thanks for listening, Lynn

Hi all
The day started out with "SNOW" but the sun is shining now but it is still cold. I walked about a mile today. It is suppose to start raining and be miserable until next Monday, We really need the moisture so I will not grumble too much. Am getting prepared for inventory at work so a little extra to do.

We went to the wedding on the weekend and didnt do too bad eating but of course a little of what I shouldn't have had.

Wed is my grandsons 7th birthday so will have to get to the farm this week, and my sister and her husband and grandchildren are coming Thurs evening for the weekend. I'm cooking my turkey as that is always easy and leftovers. But of course they love to eat and will make deserts for them.

Good night

Maxine

Steve, way to go on the Mexican dinner out; we took our DD out for Mexican last night, and I did not do nearly as well as I wanted to do on the chips before dinner. I did not plan ahead and that is key. So I give you a big thumbs up! emoticon My meal was vegetarian and not too heavy on cheese so the damage was controllable. Next time I will ask for a separate plate, count out the chips I am planning to have and stop there.

Bonnie, I noticed on another team page a person complaining about the very same "spammer" so I have a feeling this person isn't long for the Spark world.

It was a beautiful day in SW MI with the prospect of a few more this week. Very motivating to get a work out in, which I did by 30 tough minutes on the elliptical. Its still not a habit for me, but it will be one of these days.

Good evening everyone! Well, my wife and I worked our volunteer shift today and afterwards, we were so hungry we decided to go have mexican food. Well, I got the usual pig out with lots to take home but this time. I had about 1/4 the amount of tortilla chips then usual, (or before sparkpeople) I ate about 1/4 of the whole dinner and took the rest home. I couldn't come up with a calorie count but did use something in the Mexican category, haha. I'll have about a cup each day of what I took home until I run out. I love Mexican food but it doesn't like me, (around my gut, haha). I think I'm inside my caloric range for the day, especially after eating an orange and an apple for lunch and oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. Ops, I had a 160 calorie Good Humor ice cream bar. No problems though. emoticon Hey, on my diet, you can eat whatever you want. No need to go sign up for prepackaged foods, hahaha, like Jenny Craig or Nutrasystems. emoticon Have a great night. Bonnie- you really do need to report an inappropriate post to SparkPeople. Best way to do this at the bottom of the page - click on the box "report inappropriate post" One of the SP experts will deal with it then.
Let me know if you don't get a response or if the abuse continues

Auntie Darling,

I am not sure why she went on at least 7 of my blog posts with the very same message. Do you think I should do something, or just wait and see?

One other time, I was on a thread, and this person was on there advertising a diet product and acting like a spark person. This makes me kind of mad as you can see!

MARGARET

What is going on with your husband's job, I must have missed the details.

Steve congrats on your loss.

I had my first counseling appointment today for the weight loss study. She did not know about SPark People, and I made sure she wrote it down. She is going to look into it, and I will bet she will be recommending it to other people, she was impressed with what we have here!

She was very nice, I had met her before, and had spoken to her. She also has had a big weight loss, and has learned to keep it off, so I am really interested in interacting with her.

Sun finally came out this afternoon. Windy, but still sun, that is always a good thing.

Have a great week all.

Bonnie

Hi

Bonnie- I got a message from her as well on my blog. I cut and pasted her email address and sent off a thank you for reading my blog. I have not heard back and Sp hasn't sent it back yet telling me the email didn't exist. I'll keep you posted.

Hi All,
Miss keeping up with the team and what everyone is doing. Super busy here as DH is now getting ready to leave for his new job. Can't believe the time has come and there seems to be always something else to take care of first. He leaves this Sunday. emoticon Very mixed feelings about all this. Well, that's life and the only thing you can count on is that it'll keep changing.

Steve: congrats on your pound lost! Way to Go!

KC: Glad you're starting to feel better hope your back to normal soon.

Auntie: Sounds like such fun with the grandkids at the movies. I just love to watch how little ones react to things. Watching them was probably more fun than the movie. LOL

Well gotta go get working on my list to do. And still have to get exercise in today. Need more hours in the day.

Happy Sparking!!

I am a bit put out this morning. I went into my email, and had about 9 messages on my Spark Blogs. When I went to check them, someone with the screen name, ILLBESTRONG, had written about 6 or 7 of them and they were all the same message referring me to a website. I know we are supposed to report any inappropriate messages, and I think this is an obvious bid to get you to a website, but I am offended for SP to be used in this way.

I can't even click into the SparkPage for this screen name. If someone else can figure it out, maybe you could go into this screen name and see if there is a spark page.

I guess you can tell I do NOT like our site being misused like this.
