walked 90 minutes, gym 35.
I am cancelling this team because of a hip operation in June today my nutritionist advised I now need a special diet & to continue on it for 5 months after the operation, I need extra protein & less of some foods & no weight loss for the next 6 months while my body heals & prepares for my operation.

Health coach 3 month program starts March 12,every Monday by phone. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking and ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week .

We are building a fence. It's a rather long involved process. Yesterday I spent over four hours digging post holes, carrying posts and bales of metal fencing then setting and pounding in tbars. Today we will try to get another 300 yards done.

yesterday was a repeat of the day before: shoveling, treadmill, elliptical. And a little treading water at the Y added in.

Yes, Green Bay was buried int 2 feet of snow. I live a bit south of GB and got 12-15" (it's hard to tell with all the drifting), and we are still digging out. My B&SIL live in GB and their pictures of snow piles and drifts are amazing.

I love shoveling snow! It's my favorite cardio. The snow here in March was so deep when I brought the new puppy home that I had to shovel paths in the back lawn for her to go into.

yesterday: LOTS of snow shoveling, then 20 min on the treadmill and 10 min on the elliptical.
today: so far more snow shoveling. We didn't get as much as a lot of folks, but we got plenty, and we don't have a snow blower.
