There is a carb cycling team - you might post your question there.

Hi I am new and i'm not how all of this works, so i'm just learning the ropes. Well i have been working at getting my weight off for over a year and i'm down to my last 10-15 pounds. It has taken so long, i have had the problem of plateauing at about every 10lbs but i am almost there. As usual the plateau black hole has struck but i'm not giving up. So i came across an article on carb cycling for people who have the last 10-15 lbs to lose so i am wondering has anyone on sparkle tried this, i have tried the dillard diet in the past an had great success an then the black hole of plateau hit, so i am familiar with no carb an low carb diets. Is there anybody who has or uses carb cycling that could give me more info on it, greatly appreciate it. emoticon
