Without doubt, my kettlebell. Best bit of fitness equipment I have ever used, and the only piece I have ever kept on using. Been training with it since May last year, and no signs of stopping. On the contrary, I intend to up the weight and progress as high as I can. I have never felt fitter. (well, perhaps not today, as yasterday was a heavy workout and the back is feeling the strain a bit!)

Anyway, I say to everyone, you should get into kettlebells, you won't regret it.

Phil

emoticon CBUFFY! That is amazing on the inches lost! I checked it out and it looks similar to pilates, which I really love, but your results are phenomenal!

I love my Total Gym knock off and the Wii Fit. I was never very good at video games so getting the high score on any given exercise is an accomplishment for me, silly but it works. emoticon

My body.

I have been t-tapping now for a month - am down over 10 inches all over my body (take my "official" measurements on Monday morning..) and it requires nothing but a good pair of cross trainer shoes to stabilize your feet. Can be done in 3 square feet of space, so you can do it ANYWHERE. I do it in my hotel room! (and since there's no jumping, the folks below aren't annoyed...)

Check out www.t-tapp.com and click on "try before you buy". There are lots of excellent moves on there for free!

My goal is to be fit, healthy and fabulous by my 50th birthday in November.

My ticker is reflecting my INCH loss, not pounds...

I love my TRX suspension system. I use it solely for my strength training and I get a lot of core in the deal.

My mini trampoline was my favorite when I had one. Haven't been able to replace it since the big move. Great exercise!

I know what you mean. My brother has a regular trampoline and after a few jumps my heart is really pumping!

My mini-trampoline. I just purchased it a few weeks back and I'm surprised it really gives a good workout! When I'm done using it, I'm literally dripping sweat. It's great for low impact, high cardio workout!

I've never been much of a weight machine person. If I'm weight training, I prefer free weights and my resistance band. I have some yoga DVDs that I like, but if I want to fit in something quick, the Sparkpeople videos are great.

I do all my workouts indoors, so I'd have to say it's my workout DVDs. I probably couldn't pick one all-time favorite, but right now I'm doing a walk/jog DVD with Leslie Sansone more than I usually do, because of the mileage challenge.

So what's your favorite exercise equipment, for lack of a better term?
