absolutely nothing! I usually do something every day, so I should get a day off now and then right?

I was planning on 35 minutes at Curves tonight, but my BF's truck broke down and I had to pick him up. Ironically, we drove by the Curves I go to at 6:45. He mentioned they were open and I said, yes, only til 7. Poor guy has a miserable head cold. Here honey, work outside since 5:30 am, have your truck break at 4:45, wait around for the wrecker and me to show up.. now sit in the car 5 minutes from home while I work out. nah...rather go home and get my wine!

Ohhh! Horseback riding sounds like fun!

Pilates w/band core and upper body workout, 20 min., and walked/jogged for 25 minutes.

Friday, 30 minutes heavy lifting, 60 minutes horse back riding

Saturday, cleaned out an apartment 4 hours

Sunday, 2.5 hours horse back riding.

Today - 2 hours square dancing tonight. Not sure if temps will come up enough to power walk.

alternated 12 minutes of elliptical trainer, with 12 minutes of interval running on the treadmill. Then through in strength training and jump rope sessions in between. It was a sweat fest and I loved it!
