Hi Yall,
Im not asking for medical advice but I hurt myself and now I ended up with somewhat swollen ankles with little bit of pain I want to start back working out. I normally do like 78 laps = like an hr and a half. what would be a light work out but still hard core that I have a chance at losing weight at the same time workout during the healing process of this ankle situation.
