My first weigh in! I started off last week at 223 and weighed in today at 219! Four pounds! I'm not expecting every week to be this good but it sure is a lovely way to start week two!

Hiya! Started off at 240, currently weighing in at 222! I am 5'4 and I am looking to weigh 165! My first huge goal is 220, and I want to weigh 199 on my birthday (November 19th)!

hi there! let's support each other! I just started this group too. I am 38yrs old 5'7 and weigh in at 253. I'm praying that this is the answer because I am so tired of all the pain, physical and emotional! I've tried many diets and never had support from anyone, in fact if I told my ex that I wanted to lose wight he would go and buy me giant chocolate bars and other junk food and make me feel guilty if I refused it!

I loss 3 pounds this week. That is a total loss of 8 pounds in two weeks. I am now down from 245.2 to 242.2 and I am so happy I can't even keep my joy inside.

Down 2.4 lbs this week! 189.8 and today 187.4! Total weight loss so far is 37.6 lbs :) I just ordered myself a new winter coat since my coat I just bought last year was an XL, I got a LG and it fits!!!

Goal #1- Get below 200 lbs (achieved 6/26/2011)

Goal #2- Reach the weight I was when I met my husband, 175 lbs (achieved 9/7/2011)

Tomorrow is suppose to be my weigh in but we have no scale and I don't have any change right now to check one of the scales at the laundry mat. So I have to wait. But that's alright. I can't wait to see if I have lost anymore weight.

MamaDuncan, if you have just added Strength Training to your regime, you could be seeing some Muscle gain on the scale. Keep doing what you are doing, and watch the scale. If you don't see some results over the next couple of weeks, consider tweaking your food. Maybe you are eating too many carbs, or too much fat. But, don't get discouraged!

Weight, Tuesday, June 21:192.8 Down 1.4 from last week, 4 weeks in a row of losses.
Weight, Tuesday, June 28: 192 Down .8 of a pound from last week.
Weight, Tuesday, July 5: 190.6 Down 1.4. Totally shocked, because I had an eating free for all for a camping weekend with my family! However, this is a bit of a cheat weigh in, because I ran before recording this week's weight to continue my streak of losing weight each week. It's time to get back on track now.

Weight Tuesday, July 12: 194.2 UP 3.6 Well, last weeks weigh in backfired on me. I had a really tough week though, spent a sleepless night in the ER with a relative(who is fine now), had lots to celebrate for my eldest childs birthday, and got in little to no cardio most of the week. and, to top it all off, TOM arrived early! Back to it today, going to start writing my food down as getting to the computer has been a challenge!
Weight Tuesday, July 19: 191 Down 3.2, most of last weeks gain is gone. I was camping with my family again over the weekend, last one of the summer! I wrote down everything I ate, and had really high sodium I am sure, but I also missed cardio on a few days I had planned to get some in. This week will be better.

Weight Tuesday, July 26: 188.8 Down 2.2 from last week. I reached my mini goal of 190, so now I will maintain it for next week so I can use a new stamp set from my reward stash. Also, my rededication weight was 198.8, so I have lost 10 pounds since May 29.

I'm down 10 lbs total sinca starting 10 days ago. My next goal is 170. I have a question though... I started strength training 2 days ago, and continuing cardio every day. The scale moved up almost 2 lbs since monday, and I am well within my calorie limit. What could be happening? emoticon

Down about 3 pounds from last week, averaging 2.3 pounds per week. I know it doesn't mean anything, but I can't help being pleased to have just crossed back to "overweight" from "obese" based on BMI. 30 more pounds to the upper end of "normal."

I've been working out daily for a week.
Now it's time for my weekly weigh in and I've lost nothing.
Kind of discerning, except for the fact that I can use bras that I couldn't before. So, really, I lost boobs? Sorry, don't mean to be so graphic. I hope next week will be a better one.
My goal was to lose 1 lb a week. It's my first week and no poundage lost is kind of a bummer. But I'm gonna keep on goin'.
Good job to everyone who keep up with it and who may fall off but get back on!
