I agree wih KMUZ80, I would try uping your calories. When I was lossing (cause this summer has been bad) I would vary my calories by a hundred or so everyday. Like Mon, Wed, and Fri (days I worked out more) I would shot for the upper end of my range and then Tues & Thurs for the lower end of the range. I found that varying in the calories and having days at the upper end, I lost more weight than when I tried to stay at the low end of the range everyday. emoticon

You might not be eating enough calories to fuel your body if you are eating 1200 or less per day. If your body thinks it's starving, it will hold onto everything. I went up to about 1350 calories per day, and things fell into place for me. It might be a good idea to start slowly adding an extra 50 calories per day. Then, another 50 the next week. Everyone's metabolism is different, but I've read in many places that it can be dangerous and counterproductive to eat less than 1200 calories a day. As a bonus, I've found that I'm not hungry throughout the day when I eat closer to 1350 than 1200 even though it's only an extra 150 calories. It made a big difference for me. Good luck!

15 lbs that is so awesome!!! Congrats. Well, hoe is your exercise routine? Amping it up might help bust thru that plateau. Just a little more goes long way sometimes.
