Lost another 2.2 this week....6.6 from my goal...so excited...congrats to all that have lost this week! Welcome to the new people and Welcome back to everyone that returned! I weighed in at the gym this morning. I'm down to 124 lbs! That is just 9 lbs away from my goal!! I set up an appointment with a personal trainer for next Thursday morning. He is going to help me with my nutrition and workout routine so that I can lose this last 9 lbs and then start toning more. I'm SO excited!!

Lost 5 pounds in two weeks!

Everything that I have goes on the food tracker and what ever movement goes on the fitness tracker which has helped alot to see why things change.. Keeping going everyone!! emoticon

My first post. This seems like a good place to start. Yesterday I had my annual physical. I weighed in at 178.8 (12# weight gain from physical last year due to my decisions to let myself go). At my height, I entered the obese range on the BMI. Thankfully, the day before my husband and I had a good conversation and something clicked for him as to my need for his help (we're a team--and I need my teammate to succeed!), so I was motivated but not overwhelmed. My goal is to get healthy for my weight, especially since I'm on my last week of the pill and I need to drop weight before trying to carry a babe. (Watching "Biggest Loser" and am encouraged to move--to LIVE!)

Good news: lost the 4 lb that gained during the holidays. But: I am again at 154 lb, it's been a two month plateau. I need to get to 149.6 to be out of the overweight BMI. Hopefully this month!

After some health issues (which included gall bladder surgery) last year, I am getting back in the game. I am totally devastated to report that I am at 182 as of this morning. I am hoping to get the weight off by the summer.
