I am definately doing good with this challenge:

Just saw this - and I think it's great - shoudl really motivate me to finish the month strong - here's my numbers! 3.4 lbs to go! (and I think I'm lighter at the moment - I WI on Monday!)

I weighed today and I am the same. But, I am due to start my tom tomorrow. However, for June I am down 4 lbs! So I am excited that I only have one 1lb to meet the challenge. I am still not really finding the time to look around on the site.

Does anyone know where you can "find" a buddy? I am just looking for someone to help keep me focused.

Great weight-losses last week from everyone!

My June start weight = 146

Three nights of munchies have snuck in, so the scale today was a must. The accountability always gets me back on track.

I didn't get a chance to log in on Friday, but I did weight myself. We had company all weekend. I had a good week last week, but did some damage this weekend, we'll see if I can get it off by this coming Friday.

Goal for June: 154 ( I know this is more than 5, but last Friday was a bad day...just started my period, etc. and so I think that I'm more around 159.

Yikes! My friend had a celebration at his restaurant last night with all all you can eat buffet (with cheesecake) and free flowing wine. I had a great time, but I do not want to get on the scale today...Back on track today, but I fear the damage...

I've met and exceeded my goal for the month. I am down 8 lbs. emoticon However, I suffered a muscle injury this week during a run and I am now sidelined until the end of the month as far as cardio goes. I'm going to do some strength training on my upper body. So at this point I can only hope to maintain what I have lost. Hopefully I will be running again in about 6 weeks.

I am going to try to stick with it this month. Dealing with some health issues again, and it threw me off last time, so we will see. I am happy that I lost one pound the first week, not my goal, but I have been stuck and gaining for the last several months, so to see it going down, even if its just one pound, makes me happy. Now if I can just keep it going down....

Thought you all might want to know that today I got up before work, 530am and exercised before work. My first time and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Of course my 12 hr shift was insane and I was so busy. Yeah me !!

Hi all,
I know that June has started, but I would like to join this challenge. I could lose 4 in June since I am a week behind or maybe I should aim for 5 anyway. I think I really need this, I am having a really hard time getting back on track. I have been trying for months with no results. I had originally lost 50lbs and have gained 20 of it back.
