Like many others, I cant get up in the morning to do it before work, so I usually work-out right after work while dinner is cooking. I'd like to do it earlier in the day, but there is no time for that. So far, I have been able to get about 45 min. each evening. On the weekends, its usually mid-morning.

I find I have to split it up during the week - a couple of early morning days, a couple of days right after work, and one day a week I have yoga at lunch. Winter is a tough time for me as all I want to is sleep!!!

I am loving these daily questions!!

I wake up at 5 am every day and still the morning is too short before I have to get ready for work, I think that's one of the main reasons I do it when I come back from the office...during weekends...well usually I do it at night as well..I kind of like the quietness of nights and also the fact that I end up so ready for bed that it makes me sleep like a baby.

I am having a hard time doing it in the early morning or at night. I am normally a middle of the day kind of person.
So I am setting my garage up into a kid friendly place I can watch my son, WHILE getting a workout. Plus it will be good for him to see me working out so he can see that this is a normal part of peoples lives.

I do think I am going to split up some of the time and get a quickie in before I go to bed at night!

I wish I could make myself get up in the morning and workout but it just doesn't happen.

At lunch I can't get sweaty and the evenings are cooking, cleaning and taking care of my guys.

So I go for a quick 15 min (1 mile) walk in the AM before work, again at lunch and in between eating and doing the dishes.

I get three miles in but I don't have to worry about blocking off an hour. For only 15 min I can wear whatever I have on with tennis shoes. =D

Are you investing your time or just spending it?

During the week I usually work out in the morning or early afternoon (after my preschooler gets out of school). On the weekend it is usually in the morning. I have to be flexible as anyone with kids can attest to, but this is my usual routine.

I workout when my daughter's in preschool and in the evenings after my husband comes home from work. I used to workout in the mornings, but I hated every minute of it! Works for some people, but not this gal! :)

I work out in the evening due to my work & family schedule. However, on the weekend I work out in the A.M. to get it out of the way.

You can have RESULTS or EXCUSES... not both!

You can't spell CHALLENGE without CHANGE!

First thing.. which means up at 4:30-5 am so I am home to get the kiddos ready for school by 7am. Then I get myself ready to work. That's the only time of day I have 90 mins that i would not be taking away from chores or my family. Weeekend works outs are a little later in the am.

I'm not a morning person AT ALL, but found that if I don't get up at 4am to get my work out in, then it won't happen! I'm just too tired and have too much going on in the evenings...and that way at least I know it's over and done with for the day! emoticon
and ironically I have to be at work at 7:30a also..Lol.

Not me...I consider myself a "middle of the day" person. LOL If you want the best results, catch me sometime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. I make no guarantees otherwise.

That is funny!

Actually, my job will be changing in July, and I'll be going to a swing shift. Then I won't have to be to work until 4:30 pm. I'm definately more of a night person, so I'm excited about it.

What time of day do you exersise?

During the week I workout after work. I would like to do it first thing in the morning, but I'm not enought of a morning person to be able to get up in time to workout before I have to be at work at 7:30 am. But, on the weekends, I have to do it first thing. Otherwise, I will keep procrastinating until it's midnight and I still haven't done anything.
