42 minutes of cario...burning 285 calories
I also did 3 sets of 10 on tricep and bicep machine, lower back, abs (front & sides), and the chest press. I believe this makes it 3/3 days so far this week!

No - I woke up with a horrible headache and just didn't have enough time before work because the roads were bad. Tomorrow will be a new day.

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

Did stability ball crunches, bicep curls, modified pushups, and jumprope (fast). Felt better after pushing myself.

I didn't realize how productive playing the wii would be til today!!! I spent about 1 1/2 hours with my husband playing tennis, bowling and boxing. It was a lot of fun! While waiting my turn on bowling, I would work on my posture by sitting on my stability ball!

Yep! 2.2 miles in 25 minutes PLUS 13 minutes on the elliptical and after supper I need to shovel. I can't wait until I don't need to shovel ;)

I am going to do 30 minutes of aerobics today. My schedule kind of got off track. I had to switch my strength training days and my cardio around. Oh well, as long as we are working out I guess it doesn't matter what days we do the strength training and what days we do the cardio as long as we mix it up right?

I worked out today for 33 minutes at home. I went to a work party last night and had a few drinks and normally I would have bagged the idea of a workout after that, but not today. I worked up a great sweat and felt really good about it.
