Thanks for the motivation everyone! Yesterday was a day of rest. This morning I felt energized and went to a 60 minute pilates class.

10 minutes on treadmill- as warm-up primarily (I really don't like the treadmill) but 100 calories burned;

20 minutes on elliptical- 200 calories;

Ab crunch machine- 3 sets of 15

Assisted pull-ups- 3 sets of 5

Assisted dips- 3 sets of 10

Ab twist machine- 3 sets of 15

so far:
10 minutes at 15% incline on the treadmill at a rate of a mile in 20 minutes

leg press: 4s of 12r, weight 25 lbs
squats: 2s of 10r, weight 3lbs

more to come, but this was my morning

I think today is going to be a day of rest. I did spinning yesterday for 60 min. in the am and then a pilates class in the pm. I didn't sleep well and I wish I could take a nap. But that is out of the question. My kids are screaming and I feel like I can't catch a break. I really need to change my attitude today... it's only 9am. emoticon

*Brazilian Butt Blaster- this is a good one I saw in a magazine.

This morning I walked/ran 4 miles. Tonight I start my new strength training routine set up be SparkPeople. We'll see how this two-a-day stuff goes. Sometimes I have a had enough time exercising once a day, but I want to be able to get my strength training in without jeapodizing my cardio.

Yesterday I run 30 minutes in the morning and did 30 day shred in the evening.

This morning I did 30 day shred and I plan on walking this evening.

Went on a nearly 300 mile motorcycle ride - 7+ hours of saddle time, so about a 2,000 calorie burn :D

And the scenery was amazing - I love the coast!!!

Just did 5 mile leslie sansone dvd and 30 minute strength training. Hoping to add another 30 minutes of some form of cardio this evening (probably walking)

Evening Update: Instead of the 30 min walk, I just finished Level 1 Day 1 of Jillan's 30 day shred.

Last night I did another workout on the EA Active. Today I'm going to be getting four children packed to go to their grandparent's and for my husband and I to go away for the weekend. That counts, doesn't it? :P

6 mile bike ride 15 min. of abs (This was my first bike ride:) It was just to my local YMCA and back on the bike path, but it was fun! And hard! Wow my quads and hammies were burning!)

I walked/jogged for an hour, down hill and up, and boy are those steep hills on the way back home...plus I was pushing a two year old in a stroller...I wasn't sure I was gonna make it back home, but I am so proud of myself...because I DID IT!!! emoticon
