Boy, people are doing some fun forms of exercise! How inspiring.

Today I waked 3 miles...needed to do 5 to meet my goal per day but one of my dogs had a leash break so we had to go home early.

Also started the 100 push up challenge today...boy, I suck at push-ups :)

Today I did one of my favorite DVD workouts, Crunch Pilates/Yoga blend. I stream it on Netflix. It's a 45 min. workout that feels GREAT, lots of stretching and wonderful full body moves. I always feel graceful while doing it, awesome when done, and sore the next day!!

DLVL30, This happens to me! I've found that bending too much and trying to do too much too soon seems to be the culprit.

At least you went to the gym DLVL30. If you dont like going to the gym, maybe a nice walk around your neighborhood will do you some good. :)
As for me, today is my rest day. I ran 5 miles yesterday and the day before. I'll start back at it again on Tuesday.

So, I went to the gym today for the first time since June. It didn't go well. I had to leave after 1/2 hour because I felt faint. This is one of the things I hate the most about working out. I've tested my blood sugar and it's fine. I don't know if my blood pressure is dropping suddenly or if I'm just a wimp! lol

I love Body Pump! Sadly my closest class is about a 5 hour drive away.
I've considered moving closer but cant convince my other half that it's a good idea.

I ran 3.7 miles in 35 mins., 30 mins of circuit strength training, 10 mins of biking. I feel great!

I also did 30 pushups (on my toes!) I need to look into the pushup challenge.

I won't be going to the gym today. Instead I will be painting my daughters room. Plenty of exercise though with moving furniture and the actual cleaning & painting!

Did 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill today, which was tough because it was at a 4-5% incline. Glad I did it though!

Working from home today so at lunch time I went down on the treadmill...4.5 miles! Jogged (5pmh) 1.5 and walked 3 (4 mph).

I actually went 5 minutes over my scheduled 60 minute lunch break...shhhh! emoticon

Also going to take the dogs for a quick walk after work is over...windy day so won't be too long but hey it is extra exercise!

This morning I went to the gym and did a 60 minutes sculpting class then spent 30 minutes on the elliptical. The stretching that followed was my favorite part :)

Today was my day off so I got to hit the gym. 20 minutes on treadmill, 15 on elliptical, 5 on stairs, and lots of ball crunches. Usually only do 30 minutes, so today was a splurge

hi all well i vaccumed the whole house,then polished all over,cleaned both toilets,both showers,bath,swept & mopped the kitchen did the washing,washed pots,all while being busy with the children this is my day 2 day workout but if i feel up 2 it i usually either do 100 crunches or doing tae-chi busy eh?lol

Got my 60 minutes in today. I got to a trainer 5 days a week at 5:30AM, so we never know what he is going to have us do. Today:

We played a game on the football field. We lined up in the endzone and he scattered small orange cones all around the field. He scattered one less cone than there were people. So you had to run/jog the whole time you searched for this little cone (in the dark) while dodging the sprinklers, find it and run it back to the endzone. If you were the odd man out, you had to get in the endzone and do whatever plyometric excersise he thought up while the others played. We did this activity 4 times. I was odd man out once and got stuck doing mountainclimbers for a while.
Then we did relays. We lined up on the track and had to sprint the quarter mile hand off the cone to your partner. It was rough going!! We did this 4 times!! One time you had to run half the length backwards, then turn around and do it front ways. Brutual!!! That encompassed our hour, basically lots of running!!!
