Got at 40 min running interval workout in, thanks to my wonderful hubby. What made me even happier... he is starting to run now, too!

Did 1.5 hours of aerial silks class. Was bummed because I didn't nail the moves. So now I'm going to do an hour of Just Dance 2 on the Wii. Since I didn't nail the straddle climb and the angel pose today, at least I'm hoping to nail Tik Tok by Ke$ha! :D

Yesterday I took it easy and only did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine. So today I did 1 hour on the elliptical, 35 minutes jogging on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stationary bike and ten minutes of stretching/cooling down. Total of 2 hours of cardio today. I feel great.

I LOVE yoga...and the P90X yoga is an awesome DVD. Shiva Rea's Vinyasa Flow yoga is another great workout. I incorporate yoga into my workouts at the gym, in between cardio sessions and weights. I am the only one who does that, so I get a few stares, but I don't care...lol. They call me circus girl because of my contortions and doing gymnastics-type conditioning. emoticon Tamara

Tuck jumps over a stability ball?!?! Wow!! I can barely do the jump tucks on the plyo workout on P90X! That's awesome!!

Last night I was feeling like I had some energy before bed, so I decided to do yoga x from the P90x system! I love how strong I feel after doing yoga! It seriously is a great workout!!

Stability ball workouts can be brutal.... :-) I like to also use the biggest one my gym has and do tuck jumps over it. It's a great plyo workout and can really get your HR up high. Tamara

I did an hour of ab and core work on a stability ball! This was my first time doing this, and I severly underestimated how much work it would be!

Did 42 minutes on the elliptical followed by abs on stability ball and weights for arms....I'm so proud that I took the time to hit the gym while traveling ..I usually find myself working late on my computer in the hotel, but made sure to bring my workout clothes and make getting to the gym a priority.

My WOD today:

2 toe to bar, 26 tucked front lever
10 squat cleans with 18 lb medicine ball
20 pull-ups, 90 lb assist
20 "reverse" back extensions (think back extension, but on your back and arching back until hands touch ground)
20 regular back extensions
60 dumbell swings--20 lb DB
4 sets, 10 rep each calf raises--45 lb
60 in and outs
1 mile elliptical (hr kept at 90% + max heart rate)
20 "air" balls--10 lb ball (not allowed to do wall balls at my "regular" gym, so I throw it up as high as I can and catch it)
crunches and reverse crunches, and yoga (firefly, crow, side crow, king dancer, pigeon, 1 legged wheel, down dog, etc, etc,)

Duration: 1:25, in zone 1:12, avg HR 148, max 181, calories burned 655

Wanted to do more, but got nauseous and was afraid I'd throw up in front of everyone...also my bloodsugar was very low (was getting shaky and light-headed), so I thought it best to stop.

Today I walked my dog (in the cold, no less!) for 1/2 hour. However, yesterday I did the Firm Supercharged Sculpting DVD. Does anyone know how to calculate the cals burned and/or whether I should count that type of workout as cardio or strength training on the fitness tracking page?
