I bought a bag of little heart-shaped dark chocolates a couple weeks ago. Each piece has about 35 calories, and dark chocolate is rich enough that you can't sit down and eat the entire bag, which I would do if it was just about any other kind of candy. It's also really good for you--it's on SP's February heart calendar in fact--so I don't feel bad having a chocolate every day.

yeah, anything I get with chocolate needs to be individually wrapped. I have an issue stopping where I need to eat if I have to get my own serving out. lol

emoticon Try the weight watchers candies. They are very low in calories and fat. The great thing is that they come in small packs of about 6 or 8. It's nice because even if you overindulge, it isn't terribly bad for you.

I get the keebler striped cookies (the 100 calorie pack) and only eat about half the pack and it cures my craving. Just a suggestion.

I have a really hard time with sweets:( I love them!! You might try the Blue Diamond coco roasted almonds. They come in 100 calorie packs and are covered in coco. Pretty good!

It isn't often that I drink soda, or eat sweets. So the last time I wanted something chocolate and sweet I tried the "diet soda cake" idea that you see everywhere. Also another recipe my sister came across recently looks really interesting, but I haven't tried it yet. Plus it gives 2g fiber per cookie!
