I did the 30 day shred for about 2 weeks last year. It was HARD and I had already been working on upping my cardio level. This time, I'm doing really well with cardio so I'm going to start shredding once again in the next few weeks :).

I've done this work out. Actually I just started it yesterday and I love it. I guess because before I started to do Jillian's workout I did the Chris Freytag's 10lb slim down for the past month on demand and it got my body use to working out. Although my arms felt like jelly after Jillian's 30 day shred I still didn't feel and aches and pains the next morning. I'm going to keep trying it for the next month to see what happens. Good look with your exercise adventure.

It's similar to what Jillian does, but for a longer time duration and pretty low-impact. It's almost like "walk away the pounds" meets Jillian and Bob.

I haven't seen the Biggest Loser workout dvds, how are those? I'm mean I don't need like a play by play but what type of work out is it?

Yeah...this is a bit too much for me as well. I think I'll start with the "Biggest Loser Workout Vol. 1" to help me get in a little better shape before taking on this challenge. I can swim 2,500 meters in an hour, but I can't do a 20 minute workout DVD. How disappointing.

it was a bit too much for me to do every single day so I am working up to it. I do the dvd 3-4 times a week. I went onto the fitness tracker on here and under cardio I looked up Calisthenics, and use that since the shred is a calisthenics work out.

I'm going to start this today, but I'm interested in how to calculate the calories burned during this workout? I'm currently pretty poor, so I'll have to set some money aside to buy a HRM.

I really hope this video kicks my ass and I have the motivation to do it for 30 days.

I have the 30 Day Shred, but I can't do it every day. I can't even get through level 1. I really am out of shape. I've been doing her Frontside and Backside beginner workouts, so maybe my next step will be the shred!

I just bought the 30 day shred too! I did the video yesterday and today I feel like I got hit my a mack truck!! I am sore in places I didnt know had muscles!! lol I'm almost positive that if we stick with it we will get results. If it didnt work we wouldnt be so sore. I am alternating the 30 day shred with walking. I couldnt see myself doing jumpingjacks the way I feel today. Tomorrow I'll start shredding again.

I have tried it several times. I love level one, every time I switch to level 2 I get bored. I don't know if it is because it is hard or what. I am going to try to get back into it, maybe I'll try level 3 and see what it is like. It really makes you sore and I am sure it can work if you did it the 30 days but the farthest I have made it is 7. Pathetic huh, lol

I started doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels yesterday and oh boy I wanted to die! LOL. I like that it works muscles all over and gets in the cardio. Since I'm just starting getting into the habit of exercising and doing this 3-4 times a week, I wonder if it will really work. Has anyone tried the 30 day shred and did you have good results? It will probably take me more than a month to get through all the levels but I thought it would be good to start with.
