The whole reason SP is so great for me is that it just helps me do my own thing in a healthier way!!

More power to you if you can follow a specific diet; I'd get bored and annoyed and cave at my first craving for something!

Because I just stay in the ranges, I can have pretty much whatever I want. Usually I can find a healthier way to make the really 'bad' stuff at home, but other times I can just plan for it and have a little bit and make it fit rather than torturing myself for days with a food craving!

I just try to keep it the ranges it gives me. I put in my own foods.

I'm too picky of an eater to follow the tracker's suggested foods, so I just make sure I stay within my suggested ranges. I've been doing fairly well since starting; though, I do need to work on getting my fruit and veggie servings for the day.

I don't follow their meal plans. One of the things I like most about counting calories as a diet is that I can eat whatever I want as long as I fit into my calorie range. I always make sure I have my fruits and vegetables, and to keep my portion sizes proper and eat throughout the day. But I am a mood eater, I eat what I feel like at that time. I could never plan ahead.

I use the ranges. I still plan my meals ahead of time, though honestly I need to get better about that. Took me a couple weeks to get within the ranges on everything. I learned just how bad I was eating.

I was just wondering who here uses the nutrition tracker as closely as possible by eating the specified foods and amounts listed or if you just followed the ranges it gives you?

I use it as close as I can, but there are some things listed that I will not eat because I just don't like some of them, eg. celery.
