Hello everyone, I'm just one here trying to find a fixed meal plan. I have the exercise part taken care of but cant seem to find a good meal plan. Any ideas where I can find one

I know I already posted my question about where to weigh in... I am anxious to get this started. I am hoping that by posting that " I'm in" that I will be able to stick to this weightloss and get rid of this ugly monster that wants to eat everything....

I think it's a good idea to put people into teams according to their location because that makes it easier to support the people in your team and meet up. Even though this sucks for me because I'm in Germany.. emoticon

HI, just let me know what team I am on. Do we officially weigh in the first time on that Tuesday, or is our starting weight right now? Is there any way we can do a post where everybody says where they are from and see if ppl can team up or something.... (if they are close).... Just a suggestion. Either way, ur leading this thing so just tell me what to do and I will do it! Thanks again for the motivation to come off my butt and do something!

D_LOYD you can change your official weigh in to change your ticker on the start page where it has nutrition and fitness there is another thing that says "weigh in". I am not quite sure how the weigh ins will be for this challenge though, but count me in!

hey guys! im new to this... well, not really. i joined spark people in like 2006, but never stuck with it. why? because i pushed myself too hard... lost weight.. and than gave up. THIS TIME IM HERE TO STAY. ive realized its a journey, not a miracle haha. its gonna take awhile to lose this weight, so i need to learn to be ok with 1 or 2 pounds a week. :) and i am. anyways, any form of motivation is awesome! so lets do this together! emoticon

Sounds like everyone is doing great. I am glad to hear that. I started my recovery week in p90x. Missed yesterday though, not sure what was wrong with me, I felt dizzy and nauseated again. I am feeling better this moring and will do my core synergistics.

Good Morning Everyone, I am at day 5 not as sore as I was yesterday.. I stretched it out last night before running and about 30 min after.. Feels good. Can't wait to weigh in and see some results.

That's good to hear that your husband is supportive. I was able to go in and meet the Junior Kindergarten class I'm going to be working with for the next month. Their teacher is going to have surgery so I get to step in. It will be a lot of fun.
