207.5. 1.5lbs down from when I signed up on Friday. I'm a little annoyed with myself though b/c I was bad last night and I know my loss could have been a full 2 lbs...grr. Ugh Sunday night munchies!

Weekly weigh-in......so for some reason had a crappy middle part of the week but despite that down another kilogram so am happy with that. I'm afraid I'm not really au fait with the whole pound thing being a brit and firmly metric but next time I weigh myself will look at that.

I also thought I'd share what I plan to treat myself with when I get to my target weights:

GW 1: 75kg Mulberry Roxanne bag (also for another success)
GW 2: 65kg Weekend away somewhere fab...maybe New York?

So there's my motivation written down and because if you can't treat yourself.......

Hey guys! Weighed myself this morning to see how much work I'd need to do for a challenge with another team. Here are the results:

Down 3lbs from Wednesday and COMPLETELY excited about it. Makes my weight loss a total of 21 lbs in 2 months of total dedication to Sparkpeople, eating right and exercising! It IS possible!!

stayed pretty much the same this week but really struggled to get motivated with excersise and eating the right things, had chocolate everyday, done 80 mins of cardion yesterday though so feel a bit better about that, going to get down to my goal by end of February hopefully and ensure it stays of by end of April

i couldn't wait until thursday to weigh in. i needed to see if the water weight from my TOM came off and it did! stepped on the scale this morning and down two more lbs! total loss of 7lbs! loving it!

Didn't lose this week. But I didn't gain either. Lost a total of 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Trying to stay positive and not sabotage myself over it. Re-evaluating my week to try and figure out what I need to do differently.

BECBEC84, it's definitely possible, you just have to make sure you stick to your exercise regime and stay within your goal range for food. Start to cut back on sweets, candies, junk food, sodas and juices. Increase your water intake and really follow the suggestions of Sparkpeople articles and healthy stages and its definitely doable. Best of luck on your journey!!

I did an early weigh in this morning because I will be going out of town this weekend and won't be able to exercise as much or eat as well, so I wanted to see how I had done without that in there. Plus when I do my official weigh in on Monday it will also give me an idea of how bad the weekend really was. LOL. I am down 1.6 pounds from Tuesday.

I have a real hard time trying to wait a week to weigh myself so I figure maybe if I commit to this then I will not weigh my self as much and then when I get on the scale and the numbers seem better then I wont be as discouraged. So I weighed to day and I am down 4 pounds total. I am at 181.

I woke up today and stepped on the scale and I am 12 lbs down since Jan 1st! I did super this weekend! We even went to Outback to eat on Saturday and I managed to keep within my daily calorie limit for that day! I am do so good and hope I keep it up!

I posted about a week ago, and I just now am logging back on. I just wanted to say thanks for all the firm support. I realized today, as I *almost* talked myself out of working out that I need to be firm, but positive with myself. So I appreciate all the encouragement here! :)

I was extra busy this week... planning meals!! I started tracking everything I ate, and making sure my diet was within range of proper calories, fat, carbs, protein and vitamins! I have twice as much energy and I feel more satisfied! And the exciting part about all of that is that...
I LOST WEIGHT! And it wasn't painful! :-D

So here's my weigh-in:

MY first weigh-in was so exciting, I was down the full 2 lbs I was hoping for (plus another .5 lb!) But this week, with one day to go, no change. Becasue of last week I only need to lose 1.5 lbs... so that helps, but I'm worried if I dont get to that point by tomorrow I'll never be able to catch up. It would mean 3.5 lbs next week, and probably a bit more the next few weeks. I really want to keep on track to stay motivated. Does anyone have any suggestions to get me down another 1.5 lbs by tomorrow. Water weight? Fast today?

delighted this week 1st time since joining spark i have been below 180lbs have lost all xmas weight and another 2lbs this week thats 7lbs in 2 weeks, going to buy a abs king bench next and start working on muscle / toning , good luck everyone. Started out in May last year at 198lbs now 178lbs 20lbs in 8 months which included a 2 week holiday and xmas period. Spark has really helped me
