Oiy! I hear you girl I used to be a 34DD as well! But I'm down a full cup size after loosing 10 pounds, so kick up the cardio!
Also, I agree with the push-ups. Chest flys and push-ups will help tone that area as well, which will help the girls not "sag" as we get older.

Good luck!

I agree with the "spot reducing", but I do think if you lose weight you will lose some size as well.
One of my well-endowed friends (she's 5'3, very thin but curvy and sports DD's) normally puts on a cloth regular bra (no underwire) and then a sports bra over that.

If you are eating healthy and exercising and losing, then doing chest exercises will not make them look bigger, promise :)

I was worried about that, too!

You can't really "spot reduce" (ie just lose weight from your boobs) but if you wanna try to reduce jiggling and such, you should make sure you do a lot of chest exercises to keep the muscles underneath toned. It might make them look bigger, though :/

Motivation is KEY!!

Of course exercising and eating healthy will help them shrink, but push ups will help them stay toned a little. Real push ups :)

Losing weight will definitely shrink your cup size. It makes a huge difference. When I'm 130 my cup size is c when I'm 160 it's DD. Have hope! I find it's the first fat to go!

Make sure get a great sports bra for working out. I wear two to make sure I have the support I need to feel comfortable running etc.

Unfortunately, there is no way to "spot" train and reduce just your breasts. They are due in large part to genetics. A bit of good news, though: breast tissue itself is mostly adipose (fat) tissue, so decreasing excess fat in general will make them shrink to some extent, though probably not more than a cup or so. Getting rid of excess fat is as simple as eating less and exercising more. Good luck!

I'm looking for any exercise suggestions to help me decrease my breast size from 34DD. I'm brand new to sparkpeople, newly starting my fitness journey, and I'll take any suggestions you have?? Help! All I want is less jiggle in my jump and easily found bra sizes!
