I'm still doing the "old lady Zumba" on Mon/Weds!
(I call it that because this instructor is more low-keyed than some.)

Knock-Out Fitness in GP.....5:15....great cardio!!
First class is FREE! Drop ins are $8.

Hi Team!

I wanted to invite you to join me if you're interested!

I just committed to one month at Knock-Out Fitness in Grants Pass.

On Mondays at 4:15 I do Yoga. This is the first time I've ever done yoga. It's just stretching, but I can see how it will build muscle and core. There are only about 6 ladies in the class.

The class right after is Zumba. I did this class last year and this instructor is pretty low-keyed.
(They also have Zumba-Hip Hop...I'm not ready for THAT one yet! lol)
Zumba is just dance, and you go at your own pace.
I was intimidated until I tried it. It looks way harder on tv!
I don't get my arms into it at this point, just shuffle my feet and move what I can!

Of course, I leave my pride at home! LOL!

Then, we have our Tues/Thurs afternooon walking group meeting anywhere between GP and Medford. We're getting ready for the Color Run, 5k walk in May! emoticon
