I am committted to taking my multi for one thing. Than may seem easy but I am the worst when it comes to taking any pill. i am going to track my food and water. I often start it in the morning and then never finish the day. emoticon emoticon

Bumping original post up. Let's do this!

Let's start stating what we want in our lives....and then going after it! We can do anything we set our minds to...we just have to have faith in ourselves. I have Faith in ALL OF US. Use this thread to say what you're committed to for the day and at the end of the day give yourself a emoticon when you accomplish it. You don't have to post twice a day, we're all busy, but if you did have time it would be great to see what you made of your goal...but you can come in the evening and write what you were committed to and if you met that committment. I hope you enjoy seeing your goals met RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES. Your goals don't have to be large, clean the bathroom, do the dishes, eat the right amount of calories for the day, exercise...you get the picture. Let's make a committment to ourselves, because WE ARE WORTH IT!!!
