I'll admit... I'm addicted to the points too! It's also so much fun to come to the website and see everyone's motivating comments and stories! I like reading the articles which either teach me something new or re-affirm what I already know. It's great to have a place where I can write down my goals and track my progress to meet them (with helpful suggestions along the way). I've already had lots of successes in many forms (I've lost 4 lbs, I've helped motivate others, and I feel better in general!) Hooray for Spark!

Good for you for losing 27 pounds! Being ill can really make you lose focus on keeping on your plan, but isn't it great when you start feeling better and you realize how much you value feeing good?

There is so much on this site that I've just started discovering all the great tools. The points make it even more fun and motivating! I just started seriously on a program last week and I lost 3 pounds the first week!! It seems that tracking everything I eat helps me keep on track in the evenings because I have totaled up how many calories and fat grams I have left, and that is all I eat.

This is a great site! So many helpful tools, articles, etc. I've lost 27 pounds since January but have been ill lately and haven't weighed myself. I don't have a scale so have been weighing at the Y. Now that my health is back in control, I can start going to the Y again! I have a great message board on here that I've belonged to since day 1 and I have found that the support and motivation is what really keeps me going and keeps me coming back to this site daily. Oh, I love the points too! :-)

What differences have you noticed since starting Spark? Any weight loss? Do you just feel better overall?

I've lost 12 lbs. since April 23rd. I've got a looooong way to go. I cut my calorie intake by 50% and started walking about an hour a day!
Without Spark, I wouldn't be able to do it- the calorie counter is amazing and I'm addicted to points! :)
