Exercise - 90 minutes a week
Eat 4 fruits/veggies a day. Doing this since I'm not very good about tracking all of my food.

Hi! I am really determined to get it off this year. DH and I joined the gym together. It's new and close to our house, so I go frequently. I'm doing the BLC challenge again here on SP. My short term goal is 10 pounds in the next 12 week. Long term is to be close to goal weight by September when we will go to the beach on vacation again. 40 pound loss by then.

My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. this year. To begin, I have two smaller goals:
1. Track my food every day
2. Exercise 10 minutes a day

I will do more as I get consistent at these things.

I have set my goals for Jan and Feb-

1. Meet calorie range 5 days a week.
2. Eat Breakfast everyday.
3. Eat out max of 2 days a week
4. Cardio 3 times a week
5. Bodypump 2 times a week.

Weightloss- lose 15 pounds.
