Don't give up Libby.
I am right there with you. I have seen 288 on the scale for 8 weeks now. I am so sick of seeing 288. My first plateau in the spring lasted 12 weeks. I really hope this one ends before 12 weeks.
It is very discouraging. The only ray of hope is that I am not gaining.

It was a hard month for me, too... I'm not sure how I managed! My daughter's birthday at the beginning of the month, followed by several other birthdays... too much cake and pizza parties!

Just stay positive, and remember that tomorrow is another day! :) I had a few slip-up days, but that doesn't mean I can't continue as planned the next one! My big road-block was 140lbs, and once I got past that, it really motivated me!

Restarting my journey after baby #2 :)

Hello, all. This is a call for everyone to get re-motivated with me...

I have fallen off track BIG-TIME (again)! It seems like whenever I get close to mile marker 165, I completely lose it! I don't know what sort of mental block I have going on, but it messes with me every time!

I have been able to keep up my progress at the gym, but I don't think I will see 165 by the end of September, as I had planned. Hopefully I'll hit it soon after that. I am back now, and need to keep at it this time!!!!! Are you with me??

I think I will weigh in on Friday and post whatever the scale says... so who knows. I may just be starting from scratch.

Hope everyone else is doing well!
