I read an article about this last week. It showed a higher intensity workout. More amrap style. But i think you could definitely slow it down. I haven't decided if I want to try it yet

Has anyone tried this? Thoughts?

After reading it, I realized that this is often how I lift weights (or use bands/body weight exercises) when working out solo. I'll have to pay better attention to this and see what comes of it. I've seen some people use this as a *crossfit-at-home* type of workout using a KB and 1 set of both heavy and light DBs. Pretty easy to accommodate your current fitness level and strength, I would think. Aiming for 5-10 clean reps during each EMOM set.

Going to do this on a gentler scale until I can get my CFS flare under control- It's been crazy this past week!

Everything can be offered up as a sacrifice. All of this. It can, it will, in the long run benefit not only me, but my family as well. It's a worth-while sacrifice no matter how long it takes. I must look for His glory in all of this.
