I love anything that Mindy Mylrea does (even her kickboxing, of which I am not a fan).

I like Jessica Smith's Ten Minute Solution Knockout Body, 50 minutes of kickboxing.
I also like Kathy Smith's Cardio Knockout which features an incredibly tough boxing video with skipping rope intervals as well as a kickboxing video and a Tai Chi for cool down

Turbo Jam, definitely, when I'm REALLY not feeling the love. It always makes me smile. When I'm just kinda not feeling it, Turbo Fire 55. But, on that really weird occasion when I get a really WILD hair... Jane Fonda's Step video! Seriously. Takes me back and puts a smile on my face and sometimes that's all that's needed.

I found her by doing a "full workout" search on Youtube. It's crazy how great of a workout she can do in just 10 or 15 minutes.

I love Jessica Smith too! I also go to the Prevention "3-2-1" workout - it's 6 circuits, one body part each, with 3 minutes cardio, 2 strength, and 1 core. You can do all 6 plus warm up and cool down for a good 30-40 minutes, or mix and match if you have less time. I have almost all the workouts in the Prevention collection, and I've never been disappointed. I also mix and match the 10 minute solution videos like others to keep the variety and manage my time.

Usually after I finish the Jessica Smith Walking DVD, I am energized and I end up popping in another DVD! She has become one of my fav instructors and she has many different workouts out there.

I love Jessica Smith's workouts! My go-to workouts for when I don't want to workout are the Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire/Turbo Kick workouts. They are fun but also leave me feeling like a got a good workout in the process.

My go-to videos are my 10-Minute Solutions. They basically eliminate any excuse about not having enough time to exercise. However, I have longer ones I like when time is not a problem.

My go to video when I am not in the mood to workout is any of Jessica Smith's walks on Jessica Smith .com. I love her.

When I just DON'T WANT TO WORKOUT, I find that I always reach for Jessica Smith's Walking For Weight Loss. I like Jessica's personality and her energy. She is not over the top but right where she needs to be to keep you engaged. This is not a hard workout at all, gets your heart rate up just enough if you do level one and if you want to bump it more there is a level two and three. I really like this DVD! Has anyone else tried it?
