Here are some I found in an article.

(Good, POSITIVE, way to think about this!)

"You aren't fat—you HAVE fat."

To which I add,
"If you HAVE fat, then you have plenty of stored energy to accomplish something!"

Be stronger than your strongest excuse.
(It is so much easier (especially if you're creative) to think up excuses than it is to get MOVING!)

Remember that any exercise is better than no exercise.
(Very helpful for the BEGINNER'S mindset)
