I don't even know! I thought they just changed when I logged my weight in every once in a while.

And we all lived happily ever after...

Build up the Culture of Life!
We can change hearts, by bringing up the next generation to embrace Life at an early age.
If only moral people are willing to do that, mass abortion will end.

Do you track food linked to your exercise so that your minimum calories go up if you exercise or are your calories static and remain the same regardless of activity? Mine are linked together.

Anyone having troubles getting all of their minimum calories in now that they are eating mostly healthy foods, drinking lots of water, and exercising regularly? I find that after 5:00pm I still have almost one third of my calories left on most days. I try to pile more calories onto breakfast, but to be honest I am just not hungry when I wake up. As soon as I start drinking the water, I have no appetite for lunch. The only time I am really hungry is after I exercise, so I usually choose a healthy snack then. I have kept my water down to 4 cups this week and this might be helping but I cannot tell for sure yet. I don't drink other drinks daily except 2 glasses of skim milk for calcium. I do drink half a glass of orange juice before exercising if I walk before breakfast. Should I drink milk with a higher fat content to gain a few calories? Any suggestions?
